Pictured below are some examples of tracks and paths
that have standing water that can eventually make the
track un-useable or a hassle to navigate for members of
the public whether on foot or on bicycles.
In
these situations we dig a small drainage channel leading
away from the problem area and use quality drainage
pipes to channel the water away from the path in the
direction of the nearest stream or valley.
In
most cases this is an effective solution to the problem.
If
you have a problem with overgrown tracks we are able to
offer a clear solution.
Below is an example of an overgrown track covered with
nettles, thistles and thorn bushes. This is a well known
right of way that has been left to overgrow and is
almost impossible to navigate without being stung by
nettles.
This is more what a countryside right of way should look
like:
A
nice open and clear path with good views that doesn't
make people feel in danger from other people or
wildlife.
